There are times when a hiring manager wants to quickly add an intriguing candidate to a new job listing, but the applicant is unable to complete the application himself. Perhaps the job seeker is in transit or on vacation. Whatever the reason, the hiring manager may use ExactHire applicant tracking software to add a job application on behalf of the job seeker without delay.
When a job candidate does not yet exist in your ExactHire applicant tracking system, simply click the user-friendly icon for adding a new application for any desired job listing.
Does your applicant qualify for multiple open positions? ExactHire allows you to manually add add applicants, and associate them with multiple job listings.
When manually adding applicants to ExactHire, you will be prompted to first enter an applicant email address. If the applicant has previously applied, ExactHire will auto-complete the profile with the applicant’s information.
Once you have added a new applicant, use one of ExactHire’s editable email templates to quickly and easily notify candidates that they are being considered for a new job opportunity.
