Only certain types of users are granted permission to copy existing applicants to other open positions. Basic screening-focused users may never copy applicants to other job listings; however, department managers may be granted access to do so. Additionally, administrators always have the ability to copy applicants.
From within an applicant’s record, you can easily copy the applicant to other open job listings. Simply select the option to do so near the top of the candidate’s existing applicant record. Then, use one of your email templates to contact the applicant with news of your action.
Once an applicant has been copied to a new position, review sections on the new record and optionally add more information on behalf of the applicant. Or, invite the candidate to contribute information directly.
