ExactHire offers HR Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for hiring and succession planning needs. And while there are many HR software companies that provide this, ExactHire seeks to do more than simply provide software. Through its U.S.-based client support team, regular software updates, and frequent HR resources, ExactHire is committed to the success of its clients.

Founded in 2007 by two veterans of the hiring and human resource management side of business, ExactHire has quickly grown into a uniquely-positioned provider of lean SaaS solutions–and, it has done so without the help of outside investors and venture capital.

From the beginning, we saw that small and mid-sized businesses were under-served by most HR software vendors. Many of our competitors offered either minimal service, or service delivered through large, impersonal call centers–sadly, many still do.

Our Technology

All of our solutions are web-based systems that embrace the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. The benefit of utilizing SaaS is that, as a client, you receive ongoing improvements and feature updates to our solutions as they are released. There’s no need to download upgrades or install the latest version of a software product–you will always have our best version!

Security is important, especially in Human Resources. Our software solutions are hosted on SSL secure pages, ensuring that a candidate’s personal information remains secure. All administrative pages, through which you access applicant information, require a login, and are hosted on SSL secure pages too. And if you really want to lock things down, we offer restricted access logins that allow you, as the administrator, to regulate staff access to various features within the solutions.

ExactHire Software Solutions

We develop web-based software that helps employers automate and improve the hiring process. Specifically, we offer applicant tracking software, employee onboarding software, reference check software and employee assessment tools.

By improving the accuracy and efficiency of cumbersome human resources-related administrative tasks, we allow our clients to spend more time finding (and keeping) people who will be great performers for their organizations. In turn, this leads to improved results for all of their core business metrics.
