With HireCentric, you may quickly select a customized group of applicants and then spotlight or assign them to a certain restricted user within the applicant tracking system. In both scenarios, the restricted user’s attention will be easily drawn to the applicants presented for review.
The quickest way to assign a single applicant or group of applicants to a restricted user is by viewing a list of applicants, selecting the appropriate ones for inclusion, and then selecting a restricted user’s name from a drop-down box. The only way the most basic restricted user may view certain applicant records is if another user has assigned them to the user or spotlighted them for the user’s review.
Spotlighting an applicant or group of applicants allows you to send an email to a user (or users) on your career site about a job application. While viewing a list of applicants, select the desired applicant group and then click the spotlight icon. Or, from an individual applicant’s record in the HireCentric applicant tracking system, click on the spotlight icon.
