Tom joined ExactHire in October 2014 after eight years in Non-Profit Institutional Advancement. He serves as our Director of Marketing.
Tom is here to attract, inform, and delight ExactHire clients by collaborating with other members of the ExactHire team in the development of engaging content for our digital space.
Prior to joining ExactHire, Tom served as Director of Institutional Advancement at Scecina Memorial High School in Indianapolis. In this role, he was responsible for leading the marketing, communications, student enrollment, and fundraising initiatives of the school. More recently, as Director of Communications, he managed the institution’s website, social media, email marketing, and fundraising event initiatives.
Tom holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Purdue University and is proficient in the Spanish language, having studied in both Valencia, Spain and Cuernavaca, Mexico.
In addition to his passion for content development and marketing, Tom has enjoyed volunteering as a coach for youth sports and serving as an officer with the local division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. His interests include running, reading, and the outdoors. His favorite pastime is visiting with friends and spending time with his huge Irish Catholic family.
