Before clients begin implementing OnboardCentric, our team will begin creating digital replicas of existing paper documents. These documents are then delivered to new employees at a specified time in the onboarding process or when a new hire meets certain pre-defined conditions.
New hires can view progress in completing onboarding assignments by logging in to a personalized dashboard–also viewable to managers.
Digital documents–along with forms and tasks–can be organized into new hire “packets” that make it easy to quickly deliver all the required documents for a specific type of employee or location. Each document can have individual requirements that must be completed by the new hire, such as “read”, “download” or “sign”. Likewise, existing employees may have tasks associated with the document, such as “counter-sign”.
All documents are securely stored by OnboardCentric, but they can also be downloaded to desktop or printed–if you must.
