Randi Renee Doerr initially joined ExactHire in January 2012 as Project Manager in the Client Services Department. In her current role, Vice President of Client Success, she guides a team of outstanding client services representatives who handle the entire post-sales client life cycle. Randi is also responsible for cultivating all partner relationships and keeping interdepartmental processes squared away. She is always looking for new and different ways to harness technology for ExactHire and her clients.
Prior to joining ExactHire, Randi spent many years with JMI, the world’s largest motorsports exclusive marketing agency. Randi had the opportunity to travel the world and work directly with clients in the NASCAR, NHRA, and IndyCar series; beginning first in account management and transitioning into an operations position with focus on quality assurance and process consistency/efficiency for this global company. Before joining JMI, Randi worked at The Indy Partnership participating in economic development for central Indiana.
Randi is a Texan by birth and Hoosier by roots, graduating with a B.S. Honors in Marketing & International Studies from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Randi loves spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. She has a passion for learning. In addition to her SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications, she holds certificates in Project Management, Massage Therapy, and Safe & Sacred. She is highly skilled at planning, executing, and hosting events. Randi loves life and people which means outside of ExactHire you will find her helping with the Parent Teacher Organization, cooking for any reason, logging books on Goodreads, and creating any excuse for her family to be outside.
