Internal Job Posting

An internal job listing refers to an open job opportunity that an organization has specifically made available to its current employees for consideration. This internal job posting is occasionally referred to as an internal transfer.

The ExactHire’s applicant tracking system features the ability for an administrative user to designate an active job listing as an external posting, internal posting or both. Current employees are given access to a company careers portal that shows all internal job listings to which they may apply. These types of job opportunities are often made available to employees in advance of being posted to the general public.
